Serendipity Experience 81 : Take a Break!
4:24 AMI decided to take a "blogging break" over our summer holidays in order to attempt to have some quality family time!!! School has returned and so I find myself back in my routines and able to return to my computer!! I have spent the past few days looking back over my holiday photos from our recent trip to Europe and have been feeling very nostalgic....so much so that I have convinced my husband that it is time to arrange another summer holiday. I am thinking that a trip to Scandinavia and Russia sounds appealing ( of course in the finer weather) would love to hear from anyone who has done this trip and has any itinerary suggestions!
Joining up with Lisa at The Creative Exchange to see what you have all been up to lately!!!

Welcome back Simone! I hope your summer break was a wonderful one, and your trip plans sound amazing! I love this photograph. Such a fantastic perspective!
ReplyDeleteP.S. When you have a moment, could you link up your photograph? It is not there, and I want people to be able to visit you here. Thank you for sharing with us this week, and I wish you a wonderful day!

Oh this photo is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteOff to pin it!
Thanks for sharing.....
I haven't been where you are wanting to go so I can't offer any advise, but if it is as beautiful as your photo.... I'm all in!

Hi Simone,
ReplyDeleteThanks for leaving a comment on my blog. You have returned to your blog the same time as me. I was surprised to hear that you holidayed in Merimbula. I know as a rule that Merimbula holidaymakers are usually Victorian. I usually find that Sydney residents travel further north. I glad you could relate to the photos.
Have fun planning your next big overseas holiday.
Kelly
This is a stunning shot! I'm looking forward to seeing some of your other photos.
ReplyDeleteI've never been to Europe but will enjoy your photos with you.
ReplyDeleteSuch a beautiful scene. I love the house between those towering mountains!
ReplyDeleteI would love to go back to Europe & UK (I had my first holiday there in 2010). We did Rome, Venice, Paris, London, Bristol, Bath, Cotswolds & Wales and had the most amazing time. Scandinavia sounds lovely.
I haven't been to either country but what fun to plan! are the children excited?
ReplyDeleteGreat to see you back blogging, Simone! Your photo is amazing -- those mountains are gorgeous! :)
ReplyDeleteThis is such a stunning photo! Where was it taken?
ReplyDeleteAn amazing scenery, - great shot!
ReplyDeleteThere is something going on with my computer so I hope you can read this...I cannot see any of the other comments above only their name and thumbprint pic...hmmm.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, I LOVE RUSSIA. We have been 7 times. It is an amazing country. 3 of our children are Russian and so of course we love the place. I would highly recommend Moscow...there is SO much to do there...the zoo, the ballet, the circus...St. Basils, Red Square...I could go on and on. We never got to go to St. Petersburg, but have heard it is fabulous as well. Oh I hope you get to go! Sounds wonderful!!!
Your photo is breathtaking.. Can't wait to see more photos from your summer break!!
ReplyDeleteHugs, Linda
