Serendipity Experience 47 : Seek Simplicity.

9:05 AM

With limited time to participate in Scavenger Hunt Sunday this week. I decided that it was essential to keep things simple. The challenge was finding 1. A Stack 2. Chocolate 3. Canned food 4. Music 5. Numbers.

1. Stack: My pebble collection came in handy for this prompt, although I never appreciated just how difficult they were to stack!

3. Chocolate: This is one item we always have in abundance in our household. I couldn't resist the gooey consistency of this chocolate cake in the making!

3. Canned Food: Despite having an abundance of stimulus for this one, I could not think of anyway to make a tin can look even remotely interesting.....so have gone back to the basics!!!

4. Music:  This minature violin ( which plays itself with the swipe of the bow) is the full extent of our families musical capabilities

5.Numbers:  I was having difficulty with this prompt. I chose this one based on the suggestion of my eight year old. My entire family seems to enjoy participating in the prompts ( Is nothing sacred???)

  10. What fun, the family helping! I'm serious. Love the numbers the best. Most of my rocks wouldn't stack, but now I'm curious to see which can.

  13. The framing of the numbers photo works well here. My hubby and I stacked rocks like that on the Oregon shore last summer - it was quite challenging.

  14. Oo that chocolate cake! Don't you just love to lick the beaters? I think I love the calmness of the stacked stones the most, but the violin is such a lovely instrument. :-)
